Refund / Exchange Policy

Applies only to purchases made online (Instagram and Website) or by Whatsaap.

We offer you a very simple no-quibble returns/exchange policy in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. In the exceptional circumstance that you're not, simply return the product to us by following the simple instructions below and we'll gladly exchange or refund it.

All refunds will be processed back to you via Paynow or Bank Transfers. We are able to refund or exchange most items but there are some exception so please make sure you read the list of products that we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange before you make your order.

 

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges, unless items are faulty or not as described, on the following items:

  • Products that have been personalised for you. This includes items that have had alterations and tailoring services carried out on the garment (e.g. attaching fall or hemming edges to sarees, attaching sleeves to outfits or having the size altered). Please make sure you are 100% happy with your choice of outfit before authorising any alterations or selecting any tailoring options as this garment will not be covered under the exchange/return policy.

  • Products that have been altered or damaged/marked in any way altered (e.g. cutting the blouse material from sarees) after we have delivered your order.

  • Products that have been worn or used in any way.

  • Products that have been made to order or customised (e.g. customised saree colours & design) as these are specially ordered for you.  

 

Returns Procedure

Items must be returned in their original pre-sale condition -  unworn, tags attached and folded carefully in sufficient and appropriate packaging to make sure that the item(s) are not damaged in transit.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt enclosing details of your name, order number and reason for return.  Please note that returning any item without your order details may delay the processing of your refund/exchange. Customers should note that we will not be able to refund or exchange if the return is received after 14 days of receipt of your order. Customers within Singapore can choose to walk in and deliver to the above address upon returns confirmation with us within 14 days of receipt
 

In the case of exchanges, you may want to contact us and let us know which item you wish to exchange for.  We may be able to reserve it for you to ensure it does not get sold while your item is on its way back to us!
 

Please retain proof of postage when sending items back to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that customers use a tracked courier or signed-for delivery method. We also recommend that you take out adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item in the event of any loss in transit.


For items being returned from outside of Singapore, please make sure you mark any customs forms with "Returning for Refund" to avoid any delay or costs in processing your refund.

We aim to refund you any money you have paid for your purchase (excluding postage) to your original payment method within 30 days (at the latest) of its receipt back by us, to your bank account eith by Paynow or Bank Transfers

 

Postage Costs

Please note that the original postage and packaging for your order is not refundable.

Customers will have to cover the postage and packaging costs of items returned to us for refunds or exchanges.
